If you appoint us as your  estate agent, we will promote your property on the leading UK portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla and expose it to millions of buyers. What's more, unlike most high-street estate agents, we also use social media as a big part of our selling process.

 

HOW LONG DO YOU ADVERTISE OUR PROPERTY FOR?

Until sold or you decide to take it off the market.

 

WHERE WILL MY PROPERTY BE SEEN?

We will expose your property to up to 180 million property searches per month. Your listing will be shown on a huge number of sites, papers and portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Office opening hours – The office is open 9 am until 6 Monday to Friday and 9am -1pm Saturdays. Outside these hours we will be able to carry out viewings if necessary. 

 

DOES IT BENEFIT ME TO HAVE A FLOOR PLAN?

It certainly does. Rightmove statistics have proved that people searching on listings with a floor plan spend 35% longer on that listing than one without. So the longer we can get people looking at your listing, the better for you. 

 

HOW LONG DOES AN ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE (EPC) LAST AND DO I REALLY NEED ONE

It lasts for 10 years from the date that it was purchased. Please note, that if you do already have an EPC, you do not require another unless you have made some energy changes to your property. It is also now a legal requirement to have an EPC and you will not be able to sell or rent without one

Sale Price £0-500,000 is £599 +vat plus disbursements.

Sale Price £500,001-1,000,000 is £699+vat plus disbursements

Sale Price £1,000,001 + is £1125+vat plus disbursements
